Project Summary
AIT provides analytical testing and research to professionals in the healthcare industry. It is the nation’s leader in forensic and pharmacological testing and is one of the fastest growing companies in the state of Indiana.
Through a long-standing relationship with AIT, Strongbox Commercial was chosen as the program manager and construction manager for their new northwest campus. This includes a 63,000 SF laboratory building and renovation of an existing 91,000 SF building. This structure contains advanced HVAC, air filtration systems, laboratory gas systems, and extensive backup systems for mass spectrometers. Cost of this project was 32 million.
