Project Summary
Kite Harris Property Group entered into an Economic Development Agreement with the Whitestown Redevelopment Commission. The project included Little League Central Regional Headquarters and Nese Apartments by Milhaus on 30 acres that is part of the former 135 acre Wreck’s Inc. Junkyard as a master redevelopment plan.
