PKCV Waco Data Partners went to the downtown historic district of Waco, Texas with a vision of a first-class colocation data center. Design and renovation of a 43,000 SF cold war era nuclear fallout shelter was in collaboration with city officials to give the building both a look and that fit with the city’s revitalized historic district and the function and security required by the data center user.
